Dear Lord it's not that i'm not being grateful for every gift from You,
but i really don't understand, why do this happen to me twice??
Supporting, operating, operation head, newbie staff, junior, senior, what?!
If all of this should happen as what we call "my time" we'd ratter be fair enough. we don't need that 360 degrees of judgement,evidences for key performance indicator, 'coz me, as a newcomer, will get my "gift" at "my time". but they said it's not like that. we'd speak by data. we'd discuss it by checking our KPI, by exploring our attitude. me, a newcomer staff,who always sit on my desk dealing with a black box named computer, have to compete with an operation head which is everyday they lookin up the depo...jaaaaaahhhh!!!!!!! am i stupid or what??? it's not apple to apple..
